The Vault

Sedentary: You have a desk job and you don't do any exercise.

Lightly Active: You sit on a desk most of the day and you workout 3-4 times per week for approximately for 30-60 mins.

Moderately Active: You sit at a desk most of the day and you workout 5-6 times per week for approx 1-1.5 hours. You ALSO get at least 5k steps per day or 30 minutes of cardio.

Very Active: You work in construction or a physical job and you workout 6 days per week for 2 hours or if you have a very fast metabolism and struggle to gain weight

Extremely Active: You work in construction or a physical job and you workout 6 days per week for 2 hours or if you have an extremely fast metabolism and cannot seem to gain weight no matter how much you eat.

What is your normal level of activity? The more active you are, the higher your calorie requirement will be. Most people are less active than they think they are.
